Warning-Things are going to be a little messy

Good morning everyone 🙂

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that things are going to be a little messy around here for a week or so while I add a new theme to the site and get everything looking and working properly.

When I launched this site back at the end of October 2017, I really wasn’t 100% certain about what sort of functionality I wanted to have with it (there are a ton of WordPress plug-ins to choose from) and I initially wanted to keep it simple for both you & me.  I also wasn’t 100% certain exactly WHAT my plans were for the site either – other than to put out some decent content about bookkeeping for your handmade business.

I started with a free theme called Total –   and was initially very happy with it (actually I still am).  Over the last few months I’ve decided to take this site and it’s content from the “simple” postings and articles and turn it into much more (you’ll have to wait to find out about the much more) and knew I would need a more robust theme.

By the end of November, I found a theme that I felt was “perfect”, called Blogera, so I bought it from Mojo Marketplace (which is supposed to be a reputable place) and installed it on a test site so I could configure it without disrupting things here too much.  I have since found out that the theme developer has disappeared off the face of the internet!  Their website domain has expired, their Facebook page still exists but they do not respond to messages – they’ve just taken my money and ran!

So, I’ve purchased a NEW theme called Blossom Feminine Pro, have installed and configured it on a test site, resized all of my images, and got it looking the way I want it to.  I’m now getting ready to installing it here – and yes, it’s going to be a bit messy around here over the next couple of weeks – so I apologize in advance.

When I’m back up and running smoothly, I have some awesome news to share with you – and some new content!
